The senior management of MindSight is deeply committed to education, the overall development of the region and the facilitation of a purposeful dialogue and exchange of ideas between the Arab World and the West. We have focused primarily on helping businesses grow but have a keen interest in supporting the work of the region’s non-profit and public sector pioneers through our deep network of thought leaders and practitioners from these fields. We consider ourselves ‘social entrepreneurs’ because we believe that the power of our programs and services can make a significant contribution to helping the region’s leaders tap their full potential as they build prosperous, sustainable and just organizations and societies – one step at a time.

MindSight conducts customized, high-impact executive education programs, ranging from short 2 to 3 day interactive seminars to integrated long-term programs and “Mini-MBAs”. Based on a thorough Training Needs Analysis, we develop and deliver case-study based programs that give participants the tool-kits they need to have immediate and lasting impact on their business.
