Our spa is designed to create harmony using the finest products that will definitely make you feel at home while enjoying treatments to pamper and nurture one’s body, mind and soul.
Zaitoon offers a wide variety of services ranging from relaxing massage therapies, refreshing facial treatments, rejuvenating body scrubs and wraps, and revitalizing hand and foot treatments that are available to both male and female guests.

Salon Opening time: 11am to 9pm, 7days in a week

Zaitoon Wellness Spa adheres to some house rules where the same was established to encourage etiquette amongst staffs and clients, vice versa.
Reservations
Although walk-ins are most welcome, we encourage pre-scheduled appointments for a hassle-free experience and to secure your preferred day and time. Our peak hours start in the late afternoon onwards, weekends and holidays so if the time you want falls within these hours, we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible. Bookings can be done by visiting the spa, calling or via email.
Please note: Confirmed treatment appointments are subject to cancellation and no-show charges. In adherence to UAE law, female guests will be attended to by female therapists and male guests will be attended to by male therapists
Eating and Drinking
Try not to eat heavy meals for at least 30 minutes before the treatment and avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. To aid in flushing away toxins in the body, drink plenty of water before and afterward, especially if hydrotherapies such as steam / sauna / contrast therapy baths are part of your spa experience. Likewise, we do not allow food to be taken in the spa.
Medical Conditions
It is best to seek medical advice from your doctor prior to getting a spa service because certain treatments may not be advisable to you. If you have any type of medical condition, please be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. To assist us in providing you with the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort, you will be asked, upon arrival, to fill up general declaration of good health survey and a waiver. The Spa reserves the right not to accept guests at its discretion.
Attire
There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, as Zaitoon Spa provides comfortable attires or disposable underwear applicable for our various treatments and massage. If you’re especially modest or if your religious beliefs require you to wear undergarments, this won’t interfere with most treatments just let us know if you have any concerns.
However for some treatments especially at the salon you will likely wear your own clothes at the day spa, though you can still request a bath robe if preferred.
Pools, steam rooms, saunas and hot tubs that may not be private. In this case, you may be required to wear a proper attire to use the facilities.
Checking In and Out
Please come in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This should give you enough time to complete a client information sheet in the reception area, put your belongings in the safety box provided in each treatment rooms, change into your robes and slippers and do possible rest room stops. Arrive even earlier if you want to take advantage of the sauna / steam / contrast therapy baths which will warm your muscles and make it easier for the therapist to achieve results. A complimentary herbal tea will be offered and served in the relaxation lounge while waiting for the service to begin.
After your treatment, it is customary to vacate the room within a reasonable amount of time to give way to housekeeping service in preparation for the next guest. However, you are free to spend additional time unwinding in the relaxation lounge.
Please let us know whether or not we met (or exceeded) your expectations by filling out a client service survey form located at the reception area. Our goal is for your experience to be positive no less, and improvements can only be done if we are made aware of a problem at the time of service.
Cellphones and Other Valuables
In our desire to maintain an atmosphere of relaxation and as a courtesy to other guests at the Zaitoon Wellness Spa, we urge our guests to leave their mobile phones inside the safety box on silent mode.
In order to avoid worries and stress, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home or in your guest room. If however, you have brought valuables, make certain that they are securely locked in your the safety box. If you choose instead to take them with you to your treatment, be mindful of not leaving them behind. Zaitoon Wellness Spa will not assume responsibility for any item lost or damaged within its premises.

“Zaitoon” name may sound exotic, it’s the Arabic term for “olive”. An evergreen tree (scientific name: Olea europaea), cultivated since ancient times in the Mediterranean for its fruit and the oil obtained from it as it is known to be a healing fruit that soothes many ailments.
