In October 2007, the Pratice relocated to a new head office in Deira, Dubai. The building was designed by BSBG as the Dutco Group’s headquarters and has capacity for some 120 design staff, this relocation has been timed with the launch of a new corporate image which ties in with BSBG’s move into the next phase of its development.
BSBG has helped developed its reputation by being relationship-focused. the practice is proud of the relationships it maintains with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers and Staff. It boasts an impressive list of repeat Clients that include some of the largest and most highly regarded organisations within the Gulf region. The company is also continually attributing time and resources to the development of its staff, aiming to promote from within where possible. As a result of this, BSBG has a staff retention rate that defied current market conditions.

As a company, BSBG has a very structured and prescriptive approach to its projects. BSBG has developed its strong reputation for quality design and focus on programme under the direction of its Managing Partner, Alistair McMillan. Supporting Alistair the company’s Management Team consists of Associate and Division Managers. Complementing the Management Team, BSBG has an experienced team of Lead Architects and Engineers. Senior Architects and Engineers form the next tier and below them are the Job Captains who run teams of between three to six Architects or Engineering Draftsmen.
